Green Valley Ranch is a 1,310-acre master planned community in Henderson, Nevada, created by American Nevada Company. The community features a carefully planned mix of land with over 4,000 homes. More than 200 acres of land are dedicated to recreational amenities including parks, open space areas, and pedestrian & bike paths.  The heart of Green Valley Ranch features a variety of amenities including Liberty Pointe; a City of Henderson center featuring The Pavilion – an open-air performing arts venue, multi-generational recreation and aquatic center and a public library. Also located within the community are The District at Green Valley Ranch, a unique metropolitan lifestyle center with shopping, dining and entertainment, the upscale Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino, two corporate centers, two neighborhood shopping centers, a medical center, schools and houses of worship.  The community was completed in 2002.
